Alyssa Larson, of Torrington Conn., and Jeffrey R. Straker, of Nevada City, Calif., filed suit in June in U.S. District Court for Northern Illinois, saying their constitutional rights were violated during traffic stops by the State's Attorney's Felony Enforcement unit.
