    DOVER , Del.- A Kent County man was sentenced Thursday to 44 years in prison for sexual crimes against children, Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden announced. According to the Delaware Department of Justice, 26-year-old Stephen M. Parsons of Vineyard Lane in Felton, pleaded guilty in September to one count of first-degree rape, one count of sexual exploitation of a child and two counts of dealing child pornography.
