    Tiquan Lashawn-Minor Outlaw, of Rocky Mount was at the Jones County court house Friday along with most of the Maysville Police Department staff, according to Chief Carol Baugus. He was charged Thursday with attempted first degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of a stolen firearm, according to the Jones County Detention Center.
