    Multiple media outlets report 50-year-old Rufus C. Futch and 24-year-old Alison L. Hill, both of Selma, were charged with misdemeanor child abuse on June 12 after their 8-month-old daughter and 18-month-old daughter both tested positive for high levels of the drug. Johnston County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Tammy Amaon says the Department of Social Services was investigating the couple and asked that the children be tested.
