Robert G. LaBelle Sr., 65, Janesville, was awaiting trial after pleading not guilty to a single count of first-degree sexual assault/sexual contact with a child under the age of 13 for allegedly having contact with the girl on Sunday, May 1. LaBelle also has pleaded not guilty to unrelated charges of misdemeanor fourth-degree sexual assault and lewd and lascivious behavior.

According to deputies, Mr. Salisbury stole $90.40 worth of merchandise by bagging items at the self-checkout without scanning or paying for them, and left the store.
