    A man was arrested Wednesday after he and another defendant allegedly stole $10,000 worth of jewelry from a Meijer store in Jefferson County. Christopher Patrick Sullivan, 50, and an unidentified accomplice were captured on surveillance video at the Meijer on Dixie Highway on March 22. They walked back to the jewelry counter, where they they were out of surveillance range, according to the arrest report.

    Nickolas Lavely, 19, of Louisville, was taken into custody April 14 at the Hall of Justice by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. A warrant for Lavely had been issued on January 15. Louisville Metro police said Lavely was inside CAPS Food Mart & Deli at 1506 S. Shelby on the night of January 8 when he got into argument with a man at the counter.
