    The Alabama Supreme Court today changed the rules for determining when a child is being sexually assaulted by another juvenile, reversing another court's ruling in the case of a 17-year old Jefferson County daycare worker convicted of sodomy. Eric Lemont Higdon was sentenced in March 2014 to 23 years in prison for his convictions on one count of first-degree sodomy of a child less than 12 and one count of first-degree sodomy by forcible compulsion.
