    San Antonio police arrested the third and final suspect in a string of vehicle burglaries and thefts in December in West and Hill County after a three-week search, West Police Chief Darryl Barton said. Kaleub Lathyn Reynolds-Smith, 18, of Killeen, was arrested by San Antonio authorities on multiple charges connected to the West vehicle burglaries and thefts, plus San Antonio charges, Barton announced Friday.
