The Hennepin County Attorney's Office says 37-year-old Richard Dean Podvin was charged Friday with two counts of fifth-degree drug possession, one count of first-degree burglary, one count of being a prohibited person in possession of a gun and one count of fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle.
