Willford was traveling with three other people down Highway 198 between Caney City and Payne Springs when a Henderson County narcotics investigator conducted a traffic stop for a minor moving violation, Wednesday evening.

    Sarah Jo Donaldson, 45, of Eustace, was arrested outside of a game room near County Road 2830 and State Highway 198 around 3:45 a.m. A search of the vehicle yielded a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine and marijuana along with paraphernalia commonly used to smoke the substances. Donaldson was transported to the Henderson County Detention Center and booked in for Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 < 1 gram.

Clifton Denean Dora, 58, of Chandler, was indicted for three counts of theft of property; four counts of burglary, two counts of theft of the firearm, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and prohibited substance in a correction facility and evading arrest.

    Records show Eduardo Pineda, 24, of Tyler, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture and distribute and possess with intent to manufacture and distribute 50 or more marijuana plants, maintaining a drug-involved premises and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime on Nov. 22 in Judge John Love's courtroom in Tyler. According to a previous report, Pineda oversaw daily operations of at least 15 marijuana cultivation sites in East Texas found in Smith, Sabine, Houston, Harrison, Upshur, Morris, Anderson, Van Zandt and Henderson counties.
