    Tuesday morning, dozens of Anthoston residents filed into Bellfield Baptist Church in Henderson County to cast their vote on whether or not they think Farmer & Frenchman winery should be able to make and sell wine at their winery, cafe, and event venue. In June, Farmer and Frenchman owners, Hubert and Katy Mussat, turned in a petition with 195 signatures in support of a special election.

    An Owensboro woman told deputies she was looking for the ferry between Henderson and Owensboro when she crashed into a group of trees, according to the Henderson County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office said around 3:30 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to a report of a mini-van that had crashed into trees on Highway 416 E. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found 47-year-old Carlene Roberts inside the mini-van attempting to start the engine.
