    According to North Carolina State Highway Patrol officials, Willie R. Woodard was traveling east on Harnett Central School Road at about 9 a.m. when he ran a stop sign at N.C. Highway 210 and struck a 2013 Peterbuilt dump truck with his 1995 Ford Taurus. The dump truck, which was being operated by Tony Spainhour, 71, of Holly Springs, was traveling south on N.C. 210.
