Sunset St., Greeneville, was arrested Saturday on felony kidnapping, burglary and assault charges after she reportedly took her 9-year-old daughter, of whom she had recently lost legal custody, from a relative's home. According to a Greene County Sheriff's Department report, Swaney forcefully entered an Ebnezer Loop residence, shoving both a male at the home and her grandmother, and left the scene with the child.
