    American Railcar Industries Inc. said Wednesday that it will invest $10.5 million in buildings and equipment and add 75 full-time jobs at its railroad tank car plant in Marmaduke in Greene County. The company, which designs and manufactures both tank and hopper rail cars, said the investment will allow it to modify tank cars to meet new safety standards for cars that transport flammable liquids.
