    Three judges of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a district judge's ruling of qualified immunity for Glynn County police officers who shot a Brunswick woman to death in 2010 after a slow chase. In an order issued Wednesday, the judges noted that Chief U.S. District Court Judge Lisa Godbey Wood "expressly took care to construe the facts in the light most favorable to the plaintiffs."
