With serious infrastructure damages and power and wireless outages, the utility struggled to mobilize and respond to the June 23 storm, the BPU announced Thursday, one day after staff members reviewing the matter presented early findings to the board.

Cotton, who died in 1997 - are available for state residents pursuing careers in law enforcement and related fields. The County Prosecutors Association of New Jersey has extended the initial July 15 deadline for the scholarships to Aug. 15. Each of the four scholarships lists specific criteria for educational and financial qualifications.
