    On January 26, at approximately 3:15 p.m., Prater engaged in reckless behavior that created a substantial risk of death or physical injury to 30 individuals when he allegedly operated a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants and nearly collided with a Floyd County school bus. According to Brian Ratliff of the Wayland Police Department, Prater was traveling in the opposite direction of the school bus when the vehicle he was driving struck the median and nearly struck the bus.
