Fairfield County Sheriff Dave Phalen identified the victims of the Tuesday fire in Sugar Grove as 54-year-old Thomas Taylor, 43-year-old Pamela Jean Taylor, Patricia Taylor and Dylan Vanord, both 22, and their 10-month-old son Cody Vanord.
