Bellows to hear the case of alleged Alexandria serial killer Charles Severance, replacing another Fairfax judge who was recently selected to the state's highest court. With Severance's trial just more than two months away, Bellows, a graduate of the University of Florida and Harvard Law School who was sworn in as a judge in 2002, will take the spot of Jane Marum Roush, who was appointed earlier this week to the Virginia Supreme Court .
