    An Erie man was arraigned this afternoon on charges of firing gunshots into an occupied vehicle on the city's west side on Sunday afternoon. Roger C. Miller, 36, of the 2000 block of Peach Street, was placed in the Erie County Prison on $50,000 bond after he was arraigned Senior District Judge Joseph Lefaiver on charges of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, carrying a firearm without a license and receiving stolen property.
