    The Sandusky post of the state Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that happened at 2:10 a.m. today in Erie County's Oxford Township, leaving an area woman with serious injuries. Melany R. Kochensparger, 24, of 6509 Portland Road, Sandusky, was driving a 2003 Ford Explorer west on Mason Road, west of Ransom Road, when the she failed to negotiate a right curve and the vehicle traveled off the left side of the road, troopers said.
