The free, annual event takes place from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. this Sunday, Jan. 24. It offers sledding and tobogganing , cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and other seasonal activities, along with marshmallow roasting, arts and crafts and hayrides.

According to Erie County Legislator Kevin Hardwick, the list of properties included in the Amherst 17 District coincides with the recommendations of the Erie County Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board, with the exception of the one property that was excluded at the request of its owners.
