    Emmet County Sheriff Mike Martens tells KUOO news 51-year-old Lee Roy Hum of Estherville was found unresponsive in a jail cell shortly after 8:00 a.m. this morning. Martens says jail staff administered first aid, however he says Hum was pronounced dead after being taken a short time later by ambulance to Avera Holy Family Hospital in Estherville.
