    A construction accident took the life of a Crawford County Highway Department worker. It happened about 1:30 Monday afternoon on N. 2000th Street, about a half-mile west of Illinois Route 1. Crawford County Coroner Earl Deckard tells News 10 Mark McCoy, 53 of rural Flat Rock, was helping to unload steel pipe culvert from a trailer when it rolled and crushed him.
