Matthew Harvey, 22, of Hoke St., New Bern, was charged with possession with five counts of intent to sell and deliver heroin, two counts of selling and delivering heroin, conspiracy to sell and deliver heroin, maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance, obtaining property by false pretenses, and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
