    A Decatur, Ga. man is being held in the Cleburne County Jail on $1.5 million bond after Heflin police say they arrested him transporting 11 pounds of marijuana down Interstate 20. Police Chief A.J. Benefield said the arrest happened at 4:56 p.m. Monday on Interstate 20 west near the 202 mile marker.

Thursday, Cleburne County Hospital Board members, who oversee the county's Emergency Medical Service, approved moving to in-house dispatching rather than pay a $30,000 fee to the cooperative to dispatch the calls for them.
