On September 30, 2014, Trooper Michael Meko of the Pennsylvania State Police - Clearfield Barracks, filed a Criminal Complaint charging Lytle with: 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, M; 2) Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked, S; 3) Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, S; 4) Careless Driving, S; and 5) Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages, S. An Affidavit of Probable Cause filed by Trooper Meko states that on September 20, 2014, while on routine patrol, he observed a vehicle weaving in and out of its lane of travel.
