    Deputies arrested Leonard Antonio Tate-Jersurum, 30, of Riverdale, Ga., on multiple drug and weapons charges following a traffic stop in I-20 westbound around 4:45 p.m. Aug. 7. According to a KCSO report, a deputy spotted a vehicle traveling at 95 mph in a 70 mph zone near the 105 mile marker. He noted that the driver was wearing a white T-shirt.
