    An Owosso man accused of stabbing his 64-year-old mother to death and injuring his father March 15 has been determined "incompetent to stand trial" by the court, according to a May 13 press release from Clare County Prosecutor Michelle Ambrozaitis Scott Lynn Pouillon, 43, was charged in the stabbing death of his mother with his father's severe injuries caused by knife wounds in their Greenwood Township home. Clare County Deputies were called to the rural home and discovered the body of Cheryl Pouillon, 64, and an injured male Donald Pouillon, 65, both of Harrison.

    A study done by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and compiled by The Center for Michigan's Bridge Magazine, shows that Clare County is one of the top five counties in Michigan when it comes to wage growth over the past 20 plus years.
