A three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overruled a lower court, reinstating Jessica Jauch's lawsuit against Choctaw County and Sheriff Cloyd Halford.

Park said Rakeem Lennox and Harley Davidson waited for jail staff to leave the area near their room about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday and went into the booking room to steal a door key to the laundry room.

    Just after 3 a.m., Choctaw County deputies responded to a shooting call at 538 N 4430 Road, where they found the body of Thomas Brantley Collins, 28. Deputies said Collins died from an apparent gunshot wound. Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation were asked to assist in investigating the death and determined Collins' death was the result of a "domestic altercation" with another person who also lived in the home, officials said.
