    December 12, 2017 -- Work will be suspended for the season next week at the Michigan Department of Transportation's culvert project on M-123 over Black Creek in Chippewa County. Beginning Dec. 18, the contractor plans to install pole-mounted temporary traffic signals, which will be in place for the duration of the winter shutdown.
