Authorities say there's no evidence the driver of the bus carrying people home from a casino hit the brakes before slamming into a tractor-trailer on Interstate 10 near Palm Springs. The driver, Teodulo Elias Vides, owned the bus company, USA Holiday, and was its only driver, according to federal and state records.
