    A new traffic study shows commuters won't face major delays if Charleston County constructs a pedestrian lane over the Ashley River. Charleston County will host a community meeting to discuss the Ashley River Bridge Bicycle and Pedestrian Path project Thursday, from 6-8 p.m. at the Citadel Holliday Alumni Center, located at 69 Hagood Ave. The meeting will operate in an open house format, with a brief presentation at 6:30 p.m. There will not be a public question and answer session, but staff will be available to answer questions one-on-one.
