Moser, 50, of Urbana was driving on County Road 1900 E when he hit another vehicle at the intersection of County Road 1250 N, about halfway between Urbana and Sidney. He was taken to Carle Foundation Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 5 p.m. No information was immediately available on the status of the other motorist, whether any citations were issued or whether either driver was wearing a seat belt.
