    Street flooding was reported Tuesday afternoon in Savage and other parts of the south metro as heavy rains swept through the metro area. Southeastern Hennepin County, east-central Carver and Scott counties and northwestern Dakota County are under a flash-flood warning until 8:15 p.m. Up to 2 inches of rain is possible in those areas, according to the National Weather Service in Chanhassen.
