According to a complaint filed with Carroll County District Court, Raymond E. Hendricks Jr., 52, was arrested Feb. 11 on a warrant by Kentucky State Police and charged with one count each of first-degree sexual abuse, victim under 12, a Class C felony; first-degree sodomy, a Class C felony; first-degree sexual abuse, a Class D felony; and distribution of obscene matters to minors, a Class A misdemeanor.
