    A federal inmate from Johnstown has asked that his most recent sentence for drug violations be vacated because a Cambria County Drug Task Force officer, who faces charges of tipping off a heroin dealer about an ongoing investigation, testified in his case. Willie Gene Gulley Jr. was sentenced in September to three additional years in a federal correctional institution plus another three years of supervised release, but he claims in a petition filed in the U.S. District Court in Johnstown that police knew of an investigation into the activities of Justin B. Arcurio, 32, the accused drug task force officer, and never provided it to his defense attorney.
