    A Cambria County planning group said a stretch between Mount Aloysius College and the Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site is the target for their next project. Ethan Imhoff, director of the Cambria County Planning Commission, told Cresson Borough Council on Monday the group is looking at road improvements along the 2.5-mile stretch of Admiral Peary Highway, also called Old Route 22. The highway includes intersections with routes 22 and 53 and creates enough traffic issues, including a history of crashes, to merit safety improvements.
