    The second-degree murder conviction and life sentence for a Mount Union man involved in a drug deal that turned violent in 2015 has been upheld by the Pennsylvania Superior Court. The court, in an opinion issued Wednesday, addressed 12 issues presented by Perry Henderson, 48, who represented himself during the 2017 trial in Cambria County in which he and two other men, Stanley Spriggs, 64, of McConnellsburg, and KenA neth O. Simmons, 23, of Mount Union, were charged with killing drug dealer Thomas Peebles of Monroeville, in the hallway of the Solomon Homes housing project in Johnstown.
