    RHPD officer Christopher Quinn noticed a Jeep Liberty driving south in the northbound lane of U.S. 17 around 3:15 a.m. June 11. The officer attempted to make a traffic stop yet the Jeep did not yield and continued on through the U.S. 17 and I-95 interchange, run a red light, causing traffic exiting the Interstate to stop and northbound traffic to pull over to avoid a collision. The Jeep eventually came to a stop near the intersection of Ponderosa Road.
