Richmond Hill's regular council meeting will follow the workshop at 7:30 p.m. Among the agenda items is one in which council members will either approve or disapprove a request by developer SIMCOE at Creekside, LLC to amend the master plan of Richmond Hill Plantation and allow the building of single- and multi-family homes on 35.46 acres at Brisbon Road and Highway 144.
