    A Wellsburg man was transported to a Pittsburgh hospital and his wife was arrested for allegedly stabbing him with a kitchen knife after a domestic incident Sunday. The Brooke County Sheriff's Department charged Cody C. Smith, 30, of 120 Riverview Road, with malicious assault of her husband, 35-year-old Terry L. Smith Jr., who was transported by medical helicopter for treatment of a knife wound to the chest.
