    Bristol County District Attorney Tom Quinn is speaking out against a judge's refusal to revoke the bail of an alleged repeat drunk driver who he said "endangered" the lives of fellow drivers and police in several SouthCoast towns recently. State Police received multiple calls of a wrong-way driver on I-195 West after midnight on Nov. 19. When police caught up with the driver in Fairhaven, they made numerous attempts to get his attention with sirens and emergency lights, according to a news release from the district attorney's office.
