    Suspended University of Missouri football player Nate Howard, is expected to appear in a Boone County courtroom Wednesday morning on a drug charge. According to public records, the MU defensive lineman is scheduled to appear in court for a plea hearing at 9 a.m. He's charged with a class D felony drug possession after he was arrested by University of Missouri police on June 14. If he does enter into a guilty plea on the felony charge, Howard would not be allowed to return to the MU football team.
