    An Ohio man was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury in Alabama for illegally receiving about 1,340 M228 grenade fuzes in Blount County last year, federal authorities said. James William Copley, 54, of Akron, Ohio, was charged in a one-count indictment with knowingly receiving explosive materials on Oct. 22, 2014, according to the statement from U.S. Attorney Joyce White Vance and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Special Agent in Charge Steven L. Gerido.
