    An 18-year-old girl and her 39-year-old boyfriend have been charged with capital murder after the half-nude body of a teenage girl was discovered in a wooded area of Blount County this week. The victim, 17-year-old Alexis Garcia of Birmingham, was last seen nearly three weeks ago, on March 1, according to Blount County District Attorney Pamela Casey.
