According to Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence, Kevin Gragg, 42 and Tyler Hudgens, 30, of Norfork were arrested on Jan. 6. Gragg, the driver, faces felony drug charges including possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Association explained its lawsuit by the Appignani Humanist Legal Center, further in a news release today: As detailed in the lawsuit, Baxter County has maintained and featured a predominantly Christian nativity scene on the county courthouse lawn in Mountain Home, Arkansas, for at least fifteen years.
