At a press conference Wednesday morning at the Cartersville central office, Cartersville City Superintendent Dr. Howard Hinesley and Bartow County Superintendent Dr. John Harper launched "Integrity is the Cornerstone of Our Success: Two Systems, One Message," a joint effort to identify parents/guardians who are giving false addresses in order to send their children to schools outside their district without paying tuition.
