Beaty Jr. to task for calling members of the Cape Cod Coalition for Safe Communities "pinheads" in a tweet that the speakers also said implied they employ illegal aliens. The criticisms took place during the public comment period at the start of the Barnstable County Board of Regional Commissioners meeting in Barnstable Wednesday, December 13. The coalition is an ad hoc group of Cape Cod citizens which wrote on its Facebook page that it is "committed to justice and human rights for all, with a focus on the safety and well-being of undocumented people in our community."
