The polling location is in Wickliffe City Hall and polls close at 6 p.m. The Carlisle County Clerk's Office said voters in Bardwell will also decide on alcohol sales in Bardwell city limits.

    The Paducah Sun-via Kentucky Press News Service BARDWELL -- Carlisle Circuit Judge Tim Langford denied a motion Thursday requesting that Martha Ligon be transported from Ballard County Jail to Baptist Health Paducah for medical evaluation. Ligon, 68, of Bardwell, was charged with murder and four counts of criminal attempt to commit murder after she allegedly fatally shot her husband and injured another man on July 1, 2016.

Ronald Saunders, 29, will face a review hearing on Dec. 14 followed by standing trial Jan. 23 and Jan. 24. He also faces a persistent felony offender charge.
